DCM Solutions currently has over 150 permanent staff. These consist of Project Managers, Architects and Administration. The labour workforce numbers around 1,200 and together with approximately 600 sub-contract workers the Company has in excess of 1,500 people located in Phuket.

One of DCM's biggest strengths is through its network of local Thai professional staff and workers that allows the Company to quickly mobilise additional human resources to service new projects.

Most of DCM's staff, and many of its workforce, have worked together for many years prior to the company being formed. Although DCM is a relatively new company it is well integrated and very well connected within the industry.
